perfect house for large families
I rented Blue Sails with my family (19 in all). There’s was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and plenty of places to sleep. My 6 yr old grandsons wanted to have a sleepover in the master bedroom and chose to put air mattresses in the huge walk in closet. It was perfect for them. My 5 yr old granddaughters loved playing with the dolls in the penthouse. The older ones had a good time in the lower level. The screened in porch was perfect for eating and playing cards at night. My only complaint was the sloped yard. There was no where to play wiffle ball or kickball. We did set up corn hole in the drive way. Definitely recommend Blue Sails. We did have a minor issue to which the owner responded quickly.
Blues Sails on Lake Anna
This is the 3rd year we have rented Blue Sails and several more times with Blue Skies! We absolutely love both places and depending on the size of our family guests attending, we pick one or the other. With a boat and Jet ski on the dock, we had an absolute blast. The swimming area was great so the kids and grandkids were in the water all day! There are so many things to do inside the house when the kids get too much water and sun outside! There are plenty of restaurants, Breweries and Food Stores very close by!
The house was spotless and beautiful and allowed dogs so they didnt have to stay home! We will be back!!

Fabulous home and area! Wonderful for large groups. Great amenities and house was very clean. Kate is very kind and easy to work with. We have already booked for 2025!
