This 2400 square foot vacation rental has two levels. The living area with a sofa bed and one bath with shower are on the first floor. The three bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor.

The main level has an updated, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry dedicated to your use. The dining table is augmented by island and bar seating which is open to the living room. There’s even a pool table and plenty of games.

The three bedrooms are on the second level of this comfortable vacation rental. Two have water views and Juliet balconies. One has a king bed and ensuite. Another has a king bed while the third bed can be configured as two twins or a king. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with double vanity and shower/bath.

At the vacation rental waterfront

Guests hang out for days on the spacious dock with an electric lift . There are two kayaks for guest use. Guests may launch their boat from the subdivision common area.

Key features are the low slope to the water, the wide cove, walk-in from the sandbox, enjoy depth at the end of the dock.

The firepit offers lovely views of the water.

An outdoor deck and a concrete patio extend your dining options.

The Tall Pines Subdivision is lightly traveled, making it ideal for walks or running.
